Pario Welcomes Bryan Fischer to London Office

Pario Engineering & Environmental Sciences LP (Pario), one of Canada’s top providers of specialized engineering and environmental services to the insurance and risk management industries, is pleased to announce the addition of Bryan Fischer as Fire Investigator.

Mr. Fischer comes to Pario after spending 17 years in positions of Fire Investigator and Fire Investigation Supervisor with the Office of the Fire Marshall and Emergency Management. Prior to his work in fire investigation, he spent 18 years as a Constable for the Ontario Provincial Police, six of which he spent as a Forensic Investigation Constable. During his career in the fire service, he has been involved in the investigation of hundreds of fires from a diverse set of environments, which include large structures, vehicles, and wildland fires. Mr. Fischer has investigated and/or provided on-scene supervision in 85 fatal fires and 20 fires resulting in serious injury. He holds certifications from the National Fire Protection Association (NFPA) as a Certified Fire Inspector Level I (NFPA 1031), Certified Fire Service Instructor Levels I and II (NFPA 1041), and is a Certified Fire Investigator (NFPA 1033).

Mr. Fischer is a recipient of the NATO Peacekeeping Service Medal and the Canadian Peacekeeping Medal for his work in the United Nations Criminal Tribunal for the former Yugoslavia Mission to Kosovo. He is also a recipient of the Fire Marshall Citation presented to him in recognition of the investigative and case management skills demonstrated during the Sunrise Propane Explosion in Toronto, Ontario
