Ryan Chan (Forensic Scientist) and Alex Crickmore-Thompson (Junior Forensic EIT) recently completed their Certified Fire and Explosion Investigator (CFEI) designations!
Administered by the National Association of Fire Investigators, the CFEI is the oldest and most respected Fire Investigation certification.
Ryan recognized that the CFEI designation was crucial for his career development. He shared, "The CFEI program has been instrumental in advancing my expertise. The certification required a combination of field investigations and classroom education, and each investigation taught me something new." He credits his success to Pario's supportive environment, which has been instrumental in helping him achieve his goals and continue to grow as a professional.
For Alex, obtaining his CFEI designation was a natural next step. "After spending two years as a fire investigator, pursuing the CFEI training was a logical progression. I've enjoyed the hands-on experience, as each scene offered something different and kept the work engaging." Alex is now working towards his Professional Engineer designation, and he looks forward to working on fire investigations with the unique challenges each case presents.
Congratulations again to Ryan and Alex on their hard work. We look forward to seeing them continue to excel in the years to come.
