Ashley Beckman
P.Eng., CFEI, CVFI
Manager, Mechanical/Materials Engineering
Ashley Beckman, Manager of Materials and Mechanical Engineering, helped Pario develop and expand the Vancouver forensic lab, while also recruiting and fostering a highly skilled and collaborative team. Her leadership has been vital to our growth in BC. Ashley's journey from a prairie farm in Saskatchewan to a leader in the forensic engineering industry reflects her dedication and determination to make an impact. Early in her career Ashley gives credit to a mentor, who helped Ashley understand how to be successful in the forensic engineering industry. Her analytical and creative problem-solving skills make her a vital asset in forensic materials engineering. Committed to mentoring future generations, Ashley emphasizes diverse learning opportunities and envisions expanding her team with advanced equipment and professionals. Balancing a healthy West Coast lifestyle, Ashley enjoys biking, hiking, and snowboarding in her free time.

Emma Inacio

Structural Forensic Engineer
Emma Inacio, is our newest Forensic Structural Engineer in Edmonton. Emma's journey into forensic engineering showcases diverse perspectives as she brings a fresh outlook and extensive knowledge to the team. Excelling at math and sciences Emma found her path thanks to a high school teacher who encouraged her to consider a career in engineering. Once Emma graduated with a Bachelor of Science, she carried on her studies to pursue her Masters in Structural Engineering. Passionate about uncovering the root causes of structural failures, she thrives as an empathetic and dedicated professional in the field.



Sarah Murphy
CFEI, P.Eng., B.Comm.
Director, Engineering Atlantic Canada
Sarah Murphy, Director of Engineering for Atlantic Canada, is the newest member of Pario’s leadership team. Introduced to forensic engineering by her uncle, Sarah's early hands-on experience set the foundation for a successful career. With a diverse educational background, including a Bachelor of Commerce and a Bachelor of Engineering, her early mentorship by industry leaders has set her on to a path for success. Sarah thrives in this dynamic environment, where each day presents new challenges. Beyond her professional achievements, she is an accomplished athlete, having competed nationally in curling and recently returning to soccer, showcasing her commitment to teamwork both on and off the field. Her leadership skills will be a valuable addition to the Atlantic Canada team.

Kait Stap

Project Manager and Geoscientist
Kait Stap is a Professional Geologist dedicated to addressing environmental spills and contaminations. With a deep background in geology and her experience at Pario, Kait is committed to minimizing damage and protecting the environment. Her journey into this field began with a passion for making a change, leading her through various roles, including project management in mining before returning to her true passion in environmental science. Kait’s knowledge and her hands-on approach ensure that Pario delivers effective and timely solutions for clients facing environmental crises. Outside of work Kait enjoys spending time with her husband, family, and friends and enjoys weight training.



Raelene Fewer

Environmental Project Manager
Raelene Fewer, our new Project Manager in Halifax, has been a welcome addition to the team. With years of experience in the mining industry, Raelene's firsthand exposure to environmental challenges has fueled her commitment to improving safety and hygiene standards. Since joining Pario during a challenging wildfire season, she has embraced national-scale projects and is eager to enhance hygiene services in Atlantic Canada. Raelene's organizational skills and passion for environmental protection position her as a vital leader in addressing the region's evolving needs. Outside of work, she enjoys outdoor activities and cooking with her family while maintaining a balanced lifestyle.

Rosa Toutah

Environmental Specialist & Junior Project Manager
Rosa Toutah, is an Environmental Specialist who is based in New Brunswick and has a combined honours degree in Earth Sciences and Chemistry. She brings valuable experience in environmental remediation complemented by a commitment to service. Her passion for geology ignited in high school has led her to diverse roles as a field and exploration geologist. Rosa appreciates the company's community-focused atmosphere and values her bilingualism. Outside of work, she enjoys gardening, raising chickens, canning, and has recently become a volunteer firefighter. Rosa's problem-solving skills and teamwork make her a valuable addition.



Natasha Poole

Emergency Spill Response Project Manager
Natasha Poole serves as our Emergency Spill Response Project Manager in Newfoundland, bringing over 18 years of experience in environmental remediation. Encouraged by a professor to explore this field, Natasha found a career she truly loves. Her extensive background in insurance work has allowed her to provide not just technical solutions but also empathy and care to her clients. Natasha values Pario's supportive team culture which fosters collaboration enabling her to thrive in a healthy environment. Outside of work, she enjoys spending time with her dog, knitting, and indulging in horror movies. We are confident that Natasha’s leadership and passion will drive continued success.

Skye Lorimer
CFI, CFEI
Fire Investigator
Skye Lorimer, our newest Fire Investigator in our Toronto office, comes with over two decades of experience, including leadership roles at the Ontario Fire Marshal's office. Her journey began as a frontline police officer where she developed a keen eye for detail that she now applies to her investigative work. Encouraged by a respected colleague to join Pario, Skye appreciated the company's commitment to diversity and inclusion, values she holds dear, after facing her own challenges in her leadership roles. Outside of work she enjoys golf, motorcycle riding, traveling and serves as president of Camp Bucko, a charity supporting children with burn injuries. We are excited to welcome Skye and look forward to her valuable contributions.



Erin Wassing

Environmental Project Manager
Erin Wassing is an Environmental Project Manager in Edmonton, dedicated to sustainable community design and enhancing our built environment. She has worked in a variety of industrial sectors, including coal mining, pulp and paper, and oil and gas. Having completed a Bachelor of Science followed by a Masters of Science in Environmental Practice, Erin is dedicated to protecting the environment while coming up with practical solutions on her remediation projects. Pario’s Western Canada team is happy to have a professional such as Erin.

Nanjie Xi
B.Tech., EIT
Structural Investigator
Nanjie Xi, is a Forensic Structural Engineer in Training based in our Toronto office. With 5+ years of experience in building science and structural engineering, she is proficient in engineering designs and drawings. Nanjie has strived to improve her position with Pario since joining the team nearly three years ago as a drafts person. Nanjie shared her desire to do more field work while obtaining further education to support her professional goals. She has worked with a Pario mentor and her colleagues to develop her skills and apply the science she has learned in school. Pario welcomes her thirst for knowledge and drive for success.
