Pario Engineering & Environmental Sciences is thrilled to welcome Linus Tremblett as our new Senior Fire Investigator in Newfoundland. Linus brings a wealth of experience, having dedicated 25 years as a Fire Protection Officer.
Linus's fire service journey began in 1985 as a volunteer firefighter. Over the years, he gained extensive experience, including owning a fire suppression business and serving as a firefighter dispatcher for 12 years. In 1998, he joined the Office of the Fire Commissioner and became a full-time investigator in 2000, where he spent many years investigating numerous fires throughout Newfoundland.
Linus has played a vital role in training fire investigators, notably developing fire investigation programs for the Royal Newfoundland Constabulary (RNC) and the RCMP). With over 700 fire investigations to his name, Linus has helped develop key processes to facilitate communication between insurance and provincial officials.
Passionate about fire education, Linus is a Level 2 NFPA instructor, teaching courses on fire dynamics and behavior.
When not working, Linus enjoys moose hunting with his son, fishing, and spending time with his 10-year-old granddaughter. Living on the Exploits River, one of Newfoundland's premier Atlantic salmon fisheries, Linus treasures the natural beauty of the region. He also enjoys outdoor activities along with volunteering with his local fire department, helping to train and mentor others in fire safety. He values the tight-knit community of Newfoundland, where neighbors always lend a helping hand.
We’re excited to have Linus on board, as his deep-rooted connection to the Newfoundland community and extensive expertise in fire safety make him an exceptionally good fit for the Pario team. His contributions will be invaluable in advancing Pario’s mission and commitment to care for the communities we serve!
