We are excited to announce the return of Russ Friesen to Pario Engineering & Environmental Sciences as the new Regional Manager for Western Canada Engineering.
The need for a Regional Manager in Western Canada is directly related to the success of this team’s continued growth. A mere two years ago, the team consisted of three professionals. This team has now grown to ten full-time professionals and four part-time consultants with more growth planned.
Russ brings a wealth of experience to this role, with a strong background in engineering leadership, investigation, and team management. Over the years, he has demonstrated exceptional skills in leading professional teams and driving operational excellence with a focus on service and client relationship building. Russ’ prior experience in various roles makes him uniquely qualified to lead our engineering efforts in Western Canada.
Before rejoining our team, Russ spent two years as a Fire Chief, where he further honed his leadership and crisis management skills. His extensive engineering background, combined with his recent leadership experience in the fire service, allows him to offer a unique perspective and a proven ability to navigate complex challenges.
In his new role, Russ will be responsible for overseeing our Western Canada engineering operations, helping us continue to expand and strengthen our team in the region. We are confident that his leadership will drive both growth and innovation, helping us to better serve our clients and grow our presence in this key market.
