Neil brings more than 21 years of investigative experience to this leadership role, including an extensive service in law enforcement and the fire investigation industry. Throughout his career, he has investigated approximately 750 residential, commercial, and vehicle fire and explosion losses, earning a reputation for his professionalism, technical expertise, and exceptional attention to detail.
His experience includes leading complex, large-loss fire investigations, supporting litigation-ready files, providing expert testimony, and working collaboratively with insurers, legal teams, engineers, and forensic specialists. Neil has also successfully managed and mentored investigative teams, helping organizations elevate both the quality and consistency of their investigations.
Known for his thorough approach and commitment to excellence, Neil has built a distinguished career grounded in integrity, accuracy, and client service. His leadership style reflects a genuine passion for developing people, and he looks forward to mentoring and supporting the next generation of fire investigators across Pario.
