Pario Engineering & Environmental Sciences is pleased to welcome Justine Cioci back to our Business Development team. Justine brings extensive experience across the insurance industry, along with a natural ability to help clients with solution-based sales, making her a trusted advisor to many insurance professionals.
She began her insurance career in 2008 with a direct writer, selling home and auto insurance after transitioning from the financial sector. Her curiosity and drive led her into claims, where she handled SIU files that strengthened both her technical and investigative skills. After several years in claims, Justine stepped away to focus on her family, running a childcare centre from her home until her daughter started school.
Looking for greater flexibility, she moved into commercial brokerage, spending six years selling predominantly commercial insurance. When the COVID‑19 pandemic significantly impacted her client pipeline, Justine discovered an opportunity at Pario Quantify. Drawn to the investigative nature of the work and the relationship‑focused approach, she applied and quickly found the role aligned with her strengths and interests.
Justine enjoys the variety of Business Development meeting new people, learning about Pario’s services, and connecting with internal experts across the country.
After some time away, Justine chose to return to Pario because of the people. To her, Pario feels like a family an environment without egos, where everyone is comfortable, supported, and encouraged to be themselves. Justine is passionate about her work and says, “Every day feels different, engaging, and stimulating. I love helping people and working with the Pario experts.”
Outside of work, Justine enjoys reading, walking her dog, hitting local trails, being outdoors, physical fitness, fishing, music, and time with friends around a backyard fire. She also values quiet time alone and previously fundraised for Moi Boxing, an experience she found deeply rewarding.
As she continues to grow her career, Justine looks forward to developing her skills, mentoring others, and one day stepping into a national leadership role.
