Pario Engineering & Environmental Sciences is pleased to welcome Tushar Tyagi to the team as a Structural Investigator, EIT in Windsor Ontario. Bringing a strong background in civil engineering, building research, and structural assessment, Tushar joins Pario with a passion for understanding how structures perform and a commitment to continuing to grow his technical expertise.
Tushar’s interest in structural engineering began at a young age. As a child, he enjoyed building small structures with blocks, often making them stronger so his brother could not knock them down. That early curiosity about how things are built eventually led him to pursue a Bachelor’s degree in Civil Engineering in India. He followed this up with a Master’s of Engineering from the University of Windsor.
After graduation, Tushar worked with the Central Building Research Institute, where he assessed existing damaged structures and developed solutions for their repair, rebuilding, and reinstatement. Working primarily with residential and commercial buildings gave him valuable experience in structural assessment and problem-solving.
Tushar was drawn to Pario because of the opportunity to build on that experience within the forensic engineering and insurance industry. He sees the work as a natural progression of what he has done previously, while offering the chance to develop his skills in a more advanced and specialized environment.
Having moved to Canada to further his education, technology knowledge, and career, Tushar is excited about growing alongside the Pario team and taking on greater responsibilities as his experience develops.
Outside of work, Tushar enjoys travelling and exploring new places. He recently explored Banff and Jasper on an extensive road trip and has a particular appreciation for wildlife and the outdoors. He also enjoys playing football (soccer).
We are excited to welcome Tushar to Pario and look forward to the knowledge, enthusiasm, and perspective he brings to the team.
