Pario Engineering & Environmental Sciences continues to strengthen its environmental and hazardous materials capabilities across Western Canada. Environmental and Hazardous Materials Services are provided throughout both British Columbia and Alberta, supporting a wide range of residential, commercial, and industrial projects.

As part of this established capability, Pario maintains an asbestos testing laboratory in Burnaby, British Columbia, supporting projects throughout BC with timely and reliable analysis for residential, commercial, and pre-demolition work. This local resource enhances efficiency and consistency in project delivery, while complementing the broader expertise of Pario’s regional Environmental and Hazardous Materials Services teams.

The Burnaby-based lab is supported by an experienced, specialized team with strong expertise in asbestos identification and hazardous materials consulting, contributing to consistent, high-quality outcomes.

Environmental and Hazardous Materials Services in Western Canada are led by Nicole Farry, Director of Environmental Services, who brings a strong technical background and extensive hands-on experience in asbestos and lead testing. Having built her career within environmental and hazardous materials consulting, Nicole emphasizes the importance of precision, continuity, and trust—principles that continue to guide the team’s approach.

“Our focus is on delivering consistent, dependable service,” says Nicole. “By maintaining continuity within our team, we’re able to build long-term relationships and develop a strong understanding of each client’s needs.”

Pario’s Environmental and Hazardous Materials Services prioritize stability, collaboration, and long-term client partnerships. Clients benefit from working with consistent team members throughout their projects, ensuring accountability and a clear understanding of site-specific requirements.

This continued growth reflects Pario’s commitment to strengthening regional expertise while maintaining a cohesive approach across Western Canada. With established teams in both BC and Alberta, Pario is well-positioned to support clients with responsive, technically strong Environmental and Hazardous Materials Services across the region.
