Biography
Frank is a professional civil engineer with 40+ years of continuous experience in land development, municipal services, environmental engineering, and structures (primarily industrial and marine). His work experience includes project management, design, and contract administration, primarily with private consulting firms but also with the federal government as term contract work. He has performed hundreds of forensic engineering assessments on foundations, structures, and pipelines throughout the Atlantic Provinces. Frank also serves as an expert witness for the Supreme Court of Nova Scotia.
