Leveraging his extensive forensic engineering field experience, Maurice provides structural investigations, repair options and drawings for fire-damaged, storm-damaged, and impact-damaged structures. Maurice also conducts building code assessments on roofs, decks, balconies, walkways, retaining walls, foundations, and site conditions; water infiltration assessments; in-ground and above-ground pool assessments; and provides forensic engineering support on construction and litigation claims.
