Biography
Nicole is an accomplished environmental consultant with extensive experience in health and safety standards and legislation. She has worked on a variety of environmental projects, including commercial, residential, institutional, industrial, and municipal projects. Nicole has a strong work ethic and a passion for continuous learning. Her knowledge in chemical engineering ranges from gas chromatography to hydrocyclone operations. Nicole has consistently demonstrated initiative in leadership and project management for the environmental consulting teams in both BC and AB. Nicole lead the development and certification of MBC Group’s WorkSafeBC Asbestos Training program to certify contractors and employees for asbestos legislation that came into effect in January 2024. This program is designed to ensure that companies and their employees are aware of the risks associated with asbestos and are equipped with the knowledge and skills to safely handle it. Nicole’s expertise in health and safety standards and legislation has been instrumental in developing this program. In addition to her work on the WorkSafeBC program, Nicole is also working towards getting her PEng. License.
